My husband and I were lucky to have found Kim after our original photographer backed out of our contract six months before the wedding. I hadn’t done my homework on wedding photographers as well as I should have or we would have went with Cherish Photography in the first place! Kim was more than happy to work with us in spite of our 6 month notice and her kindness and professionalism was such a breath of fresh air. 

 

On our wedding day, Kim provided a full day of service, from capturing my bridesmaids and I getting ready to our sparkler send off, almost nine hours later; so many memories and special candid moments were caught thanks to her. She was even able to *kindly* wrangle up not only my husband’s large family, but also our rowdy bridal party in order to take the photos we were desiring. Another aspect that we absolutely loved about working with Kim is that she let us request special shots or poses but she was also very good at suggesting what poses we did in order to capture the most beautiful photos that our families and we can look back on for years to come. 

We cannot thank Kim enough for photographing our unforgettable June 2017 wedding and capturing our love and excitement that we shared that day.

From our first phone call to the delivery of our pictures, Kim was a perfect professional and a great thought partner. She always responded quickly to our questions, gave smart and helpful feedback, and was open and flexible to our needs and requests. On the day of the wedding, she wrangled our large extended family, screaming children, co-workers, and friends into wonderful arrangements- keeping her sweet demeanor all the while. Kim was always where we least expected her, capturing the special moments that we couldn’t experience.

We expected to get at least some of our photos back by the time we returned from our honeymoon, but Kim had ALL of them delivered before we even left- 4 days after the wedding! Her photos were beyond beautiful and really captured the idea of our perfect day. We have been blown away by the compliments we received about them! Super-fast delivery, thoughtful service, mega-friendly demeanor, and a never-flagging enthusiasm for our whole special day. We wholeheartedly recommend Kim for any special occasion that requires excellent photography.

Where do I even begin to explain just how wonderful Kim is? I found Kim online and from the first couple of emails we sent back and forth, I knew she was the one I wanted to capture my special momentous day. Our first meeting was for our beloved session, where she made my fiancé seem so relaxed that he forgot he was being photographed. Through the beloved session, that felt like a fun exciting date, she captured our relationship through some amazing photographs. After that session, I was that much more excited to have her as my wedding photographer. I could not be more pleased with all our wedding pictures. Our pictures tell the story of that perfect day from the getting ready to the reception and everything in between including first look, family, wedding party, ceremony and so much more. I cannot say enough about Kim -- she not only is an amazing photographer, but she has become a friend!
